Overview:

We are seeking a Product Designer at Rynse that will define the user experience and design language of our platform. Collaborating with our founders and diverse teams, you’ll design products from beginning to end, make pivotal design choices and oversee extensive design projects. This high-impact, high-visibility role will allow you to shape our platform’s direction and help establish Unify as an industry leader.

We’re looking for a talented Product Designer to take charge of defining the customer experience and visual language of the Rynse platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our founders and diverse teams, guiding design from concept to completion. You'll be making crucial design decisions that will shape our platform’s future and establish Rynse as an industry leader.

What You’ll Achieve (Responsibilities/Tasks):

• Design and deliver high-quality, end-to-end product experiences that delight customers.
• Expand and manage Rynse’s design language system to drive consistency and innovation.
• Define and lead product and design direction, contributing to strategic decisions that shape our platform.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, executive, growth, and go-to-market teams to bring ideas to life.
• Develop a cohesive brand identity, overseeing both product design and marketing projects.
• Establish and uphold design standards and best practices to elevate Rynse as an industry leader.
• Work closely with engineering, product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.

Skills You’ll Need To Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in UX and UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proven ability to independently develop design concepts from start to finish.
• Skilled at tackling ambiguous problems, breaking them down into clear and actionable milestones.
• Experienced in managing complex projects that span multiple teams and organizational lines.
• An excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work seamlessly with various stakeholders.
