Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. You’ll focus on identifying and creating new sales opportunities by engaging directly with Fleet Managers and Purchasing Managers in both the B2B and B2G sectors. Your primary goal will be building a pipeline of qualified meetings through strategic cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other networking events.
You’ll play a critical part in Rynse’s growth by driving conversations that demonstrate the value of our fleet management and payment platform tailored for government and enterprise organizations. If you thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and are energized by the challenge of outbound prospecting, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Achieve (Responsibilities/Tasks):
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Make 70+ outbound calls daily to Fleet and Purchasing Managers, focusing on government and enterprise organizations.
- Engage Key Stakeholders: Develop meaningful connections with decision-makers, educate them on how Rynse can streamline fleet management operations, and solve real-world challenges.
- Set Qualified Meetings: Schedule high-quality product demonstrations for the Account Executive team, maintaining a target of at least 1.5 demo a day or 30 a month with a strong show rate.
- Utilize CRM Tools: Leverage HubSpot CRM to track leads, organize prospecting activities, and document sales interactions to maintain a strong pipeline.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Partner closely with Account Executives and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Share feedback and insights to continuously improve the sales process.
- Research & Prepare: Conduct research on target accounts to identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and tailor your approach to each unique opportunity.
Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product features to effectively position Rynse’s offerings.
Skills You’ll Need To Bring:
- Experience: 1-2 years of outbound sales, cold calling, or client-facing experience in a B2B or public sector (B2G/SLED) environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and overcoming objections.
- Drive & Resilience: Ambitious, self-motivated, and persistent in the face of challenges. Comfortable with rejection and able to consistently exceed performance targets.
