Overview:
We are seeking a driven Product Manager who is passionate about building innovative solutions for our government and enterprise customers. Reporting to the C-Suite, you will play a crucial role in defining product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and working cross-functionally to deliver features that enhance our fleet management platform. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What You’ll Achieve (Responsibilities/Tasks):
- Develop deep product system knowledge, collaborating with engineers to identify and implement improvements.
- Own and communicate product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business objectives and growth targets.
- Lead the development of new products and features, incorporating feedback to drive business growth and market expansion.
- Utilize data insights to prioritize roadmap items, ensuring alignment with market needs and long-term strategy.
- Engage with customers to understand needs, translating insights into valuable product features and enhancements.
- Streamline team operations, fostering collaboration to drive productivity and support agile development methodologies.
- Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and synergy across departments.
Skills You’ll Need To Bring:
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on technical product development.
- Technical background with at least 2 years of engineering experience prior to transitioning to product management.
- Fluency in data analysis to drive product decisions, synthesizing customer insights and business needs independently.
- Experience building products for both end customers and internal teams.
- Previous startup experience, having shipped high-quality products and features end-to-end.
